I've chosen the topics of Jewelry, 2-D art, and sculptures because they cover the most of what I have done while attending.
For jewelry, I have taken only two classes, yet created some of my more unique and definitely most popular works. It's also the one that I'm least likely to do much with because the cool stuff requires a lot of specific tools and materials, but maybe some day I'll be able to afford doing that on my own. I can at least do some things with my skills and without the tools.
2-D art is my main focus, and covers the most classes, so it deserves its own section here. It irks me that it doesn't get as much online attention as jewelry but hey, social media works in mysterious ways. I'm not gonna claim to understand it. I'm just gonna keep trying and hopefully I can make myself stand out as a 2D artist.
Sculpture is something I've also only had two classes for, but they tend to stand out a bit more. They also just have a literally bigger presence(my current lack of storage space can attest to that) so I figure it best to talk about and show some of those.
Seriously, I don't know where some artists store their stuff. I have only done a little but they are just so big and not stackable.
Aside from those I've also done a good amount of 3D modeling, but I put a lot less artistry into that, and need a lot more practice with it before I'm confident I can make something good and artistic with it. I still like some of what I've done, but it won't be a main focus just yet.
These are a few examples of the work I've done and what you can expect more of on the other pages, including a 3D render made in the software Blender, a charcoal drawing of a live model using Chiaroscuro techniques, a planar sculpture made of foam board, and an ear cuff made of beads and hand-bent wire.
